Hello! I'm Arkadiusz Sikora
Endpoint‑Management Lead and full‑stack developer based in Szczecin, Poland. For the past 3 + years I've been securing and optimizing corporate device fleets while building enterprise‑scale Kotlin & .NET applications that deliver a seamless user experience.
A lifelong "how‑does‑it‑work?" tinkerer—first with circuit boards in electrical school, now with code—I create clean, maintainable solutions that just work. Day‑to‑day I orchestrate Intune, SureMDM, EloView, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams and ship tools such as PeekabooSurf, SureMDM Manager and AddPrinter.
From rugged PDAs in warehouses to thousands of Windows workstations, I handle deployment, compliance and automation so businesses stay secure and productive. If a workflow feels clunky, I write an Android or desktop app to smooth it out—often open‑sourcing the result.
Off‑duty you'll find me strategizing in Hearts of Iron, Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings or optimizing factory belts in Factorio; hiking forest trails with my dog; experimenting in the kitchen; or laughing through episodes of South Park and Family Guy.
